Granola and muesli: what is the difference?
Muesli or granola? Ostensibly they might look like the same thing, but in fact muesli and granola are different in taste and method of preparation.
What is the difference? The muesli is a combination of grains, dried or dehydrated fruits and/or seeds, which is eaten in its natural state, while granola is the more mouth-watering evolution of the same ingredients. In fact, the granola is crunchier and tastier, a consequence of baking the cereal component mixed with rice syrup, for example.
Both muesli and granola, are ideal for breakfast, to be consumed in place of oatmeal for an alternative cereal-based breakfast.
