Oats for breakfast, 3 ideas with gluten-free oatmeal cupcake!

How many of you like to start your day with oats for breakfast? This cereal is extremely nutritious and helps us start off on the right foot, as well as providing us with a high level of fiber, minerals, calcium and vitamins.

This week we want to offer you 3 delicious combinations with our gluten-free oatmeal cupcake. Ready?

For a perfect breakfast: almond cream pie

Almond cream pie is a tasty alternative to the classic hazelnut cream and is super easy to make at home!

Finely chop 150 g almonds until they become a flour. Then put them in a blender together with 300 gr of water, until you get a nice smooth mixture.

Transfer then to a saucepan, adding also 30 gr of cornstarch, 150 gr of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to boil. Continue to cook for another 3 minutes then remove from heat and let cool.

Now all you have to do is spread a big spoonful on your gluten-free oatmeal cake! Have a nice breakfast ?
