2 Summer pairings for Cereals flaxseed, sesame, sunflower

In these scorching summer days getting to the stove is really hard work. For this reason, but also to help you on days when you're in a hurry and your schedule is packed, we at Germinal Bio have come up with a series of ready meals that nourish health, with taste. These are vegan ready meals, prepared with organic ingredients and gluten-free, so they are suitable for everyone, even those who need to follow a gluten-free diet.
Today we are pleased to present the "Germinal Bio Vegan Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower Cereal." This is an unusual and inviting alternative to the classic rice salad. In this case, the protagonists are the seeds - flax, sesame and sunflower seeds - which combined together with red rice, brown rice ribe seeds and millet, create a dish with a strong taste and remarkable aromatic facets. If you don't have time to elaborate this already tasty and complete dish, you can simply serve it with a drizzle of Germinal Bio Flaxseed (or Hemp) Oil, which will enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
If, on the other hand, you feel like devoting some time to cooking, but without struggling too much, here are some pairing tips.
Flaxseed Cereal, Sesame, Sunflower with Sauteed Zucchini in Soy Sauce
A little seasonal vegetable is a great pairing for the "Flaxseed Cereal, Sesame, Sunflower" dish.
Take some zucchini, trim it and cut it into slightly thick slices lengthwise. In a nonstick skillet, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with a clove of garlic, then place the zucchini and sauté them for a few minutes over high heat. They should brown, without becoming too soft. At this point add a tablespoon of Germinal Bio Shoyu Sauce and let it cook for a few more minutes. When the heat is off, add a little fresh thyme and serve with Germinal Bio Vegan Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower Cereal.
Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower Cereal with Aromatic Cucumbers
This recipe is even easier and faster than the previous one, and allows you to avoid turning on the stove. As we said, Flaxseed, sesame, sunflower cereals combine very well with vegetables. In summer you can try combining them with cucumbers, perhaps enhanced with an aromatic tone. Here's how to do it.
Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Let them drain in a colander so that they lose some of their liquid. Place them in a large salad bowl, then dress them with a mix of fresh herbs (thyme, marjoram, basil), pepper, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Let sit in the refrigerator for half an hour, then add the Flaxseed Cereal, sesame, sunflower seeds and mix well.
So, are you ready to try this dish? Let us know how it turned out! Enjoy your meal and see you next recipe.
