
Vegan burger with faux avocado mayonnaise

The key element of this recipe - which starts with one of our products from the "i freschi" line - is the accompanying sauce. A mock mayonnaise made from avocado, an exotic fruit with excellent nutritional properties, as well as perfect for making sauces, thanks to its texture. The result of the combination of avocado, sesame oil - another valuable food - and lime is a silky and slightly acidic sauce, which goes perfectly with Germinal Bio's vegan burger made with sun-dried tomatoes and chickpeas, characterized by a strong flavor and a delicate Mediterranean aroma, thanks to the presence of rosemary.
