We present you with an idea for serving our eggplant-millet burger from the vegan line. This is a burger with a delicate and rather aromatic flavor, thanks to the presence of two delicious spices, turmeric, known not only for its taste, fragrance and color, but also for its extraordinary properties, and cumin, with its strong and penetrating aroma.
We thought to offer it to you with homemade gluten-free bread made with Germinal Bio's flour mix and to serve it with vegetables and sauces to accompany it.
