The company's first core is born: a small artisanal bakery.

Inauguration of the new production site in Castelfranco Veneto with 5,000m2 of space.

Creation of the Germinal Group
The current Group was born from the merger of Germinal Italia and Il Mangiar Sano, two historic Italian organic companies.
