Our
supply chains

CEREAL CHAIN

Our cereals come from a network of producers with a long organic tradition.

CEREAL CHAIN

The enhancement of supply chains is a long-term strategic goal for us.

In order to support our country's farms, and to promote processes of improvement and continuous innovation, we have signed trade agreements that ensure that producers are compensated in proportion to the quality of the raw material purchased.

The soft wheat supply chain

Soft wheat is characterized by a spike with short or even absent awns (the terminal filamentous parts); its grain breaks easily and appears opaque, rounded, and crumbly. The flour obtained from milling soft wheat is the classic “white flour” with small, white granules.

The corn supply chain

Also for the maize, we have chosen an Italian supply chain and mainly from Piedmont, the area where the sowing, harvesting and processing of the grain takes place.

The rice supply chain

Rice flour is an excellent ingredient to include in your diet due to its beneficial properties; it is naturally gluten-free, making it ideal for celiacs or those who suffer from intolerance to this protein.

The spelt supply chain

Our organic spelt comes from the Ferrara area, where the microclimate of the Po Delta gives each grain a unique taste and extraordinary nutritional value. The soils are carefully selected to obtain quality seeds.
