INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES
The use of cookies by the Joint Controllers, IL MANGIAR SANO S.P.A. – Benefit Company and GERMINAL ITALIA S.R.L., falls within the privacy policy of the Data Controller and complies with the new Guidelines on the use of cookies and other tracking tools issued on 10.06.2021 and effective as of 9.01.2022.
JOINT CONTROLLERS
The data collected through this site will be processed, under the joint controllership agreement pursuant to Art. 26 of EU REG. 2016/679 (link to the joint controllership agreement), by IL MANGIAR SANO S.P.A. – Benefit Company (Tax Code and VAT no. 00802860262) jointly with GERMINAL ITALIA S.R.L. (Tax Code and VAT no. 00901850172), both with registered office at Via Staizza no. 50, 31033, Castelfranco Veneto (TV), hereinafter also referred to as the “Joint Controllers.”
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure thereof or restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for in Art. 77 of the Regulation, or to bring proceedings before the competent courts (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
