
Black rice salad with tofu and olives: get your fill of flavor!

Black rice has the great virtue of being not only gluten-free, as on the other hand all rice is, but also very rich in fiber and characterized by an intense taste and strong aroma. This ingredient is, for example, the basis of a fresh and tasty ready-to-eat preparation:black rice salad with tofu and olives. It is a pleasant combination of flavors and colors, bringing vibrancy to a quick, healthy and tasty lunch. The black rice gives off a strong natural aroma, the olives provide freshness and character, and the tofu harmonizes the flavors and enriches the dish.

Black rice salad recipe with tofu and olives
.Ingredients:
- one serving of Germinal Bio Black Rice with Tofu and Olives
- one zucchini
- a handful of radishes
- Germinal Bio sesame seed oil
- Black pepper or fresh ginger (to taste) .
Procedure:
.Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut it into julienne, like a carrot. Clean the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Now pour the black rice with tofu and olives into a salad bowl, add the zucchini and radishes, a drizzle of sesame seed oil, and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly blended.
They are all mixed together.
You can further enrich the dish with a grinding of black pepper or a grating of fresh ginger, which will give a slightly spicy touch to the dish.
