Velvety Spinach: the perfect quick and gourmet comfort food for winter
In winter, there is nothing better than bringing a warm soup or velouté to the table. The gastronomic richness and biodiversity of our country mean that you can indulge in a myriad of recipes, from the most classic to the most creative.
At Germinal we love recipes that combine local ingredients with more unusual foods, always with respect to the selection of organic and quality raw materials. In this case we present a velouté that is part of the "I Freschi" line, a series of ready-to-eat, gluten-free and vegan, dishes designed therefore for everyone, including those who follow a gluten-free and/or vegan diet.
The Vellutata spinach with hemp seeds is a beautiful example of sweet-savory balance, delicacy and intensity, ideal on a cold winter day. In this case we thought of enriching it with a combination that is simple but precious at the same time, so that this ready-made dish can be transformed into a delicacy suitable for a gourmet dinner in a few moments.
