Salt up integral gray Atlantic

Germinal Bio Atlantic gray fine salt is produced in the salt pans of the Ria Formosa National Park, a natural oasis in the Algarve region of Portugal. The salt is extracted through the traditional method, which, using only sea water and sunshine, respects the natural evaporation times of the water and allows the salt to crystallize, retaining all the richness of the sea. This method of salt extraction is an example of environmental sustainability, as it does not use energy from fossil sources and contributes to the protection and preservation of the marine and coastal ecosystem.
