Fregolotta Radicchio is a typical cake that marries Nobile Zizzola pastry with the refined taste of Radicchio Rosso. With the first nights of frost, radicchio matures its unmistakable flavour. The herbaceous humours of the unripe plant fade with the craftsmanship, while the reds and burgundies light up the leaves. In the heart, pure white, a secret, superfine sweetness blossoms. Thanks to skilful processing, Fregolotta Radicchio enhances the aroma of radicchio, merging haute patisserie and Treviso's agronomic tradition. The result is a dessert rich in nuances, a sublime balance of flavours, a tribute to the gastronomic history of the Marca.

May contain nuts, soya, lupine and mustard.
