
How to make good homemade pizza--and gluten-free?

Even in summer, why not eat with friends one of the most beloved dishes of Italian cuisine? We are talking about pizza of course!
In a few easy steps you can prepare a good homemade gluten-free pizza...because you know that the base of pizza makes all the difference.
Here's how to make a homemade pizza dough and prepare a crispy pizza with just a few ingredients, savoring the taste of buckwheat and...without sacrificing taste!
Ingredients:
- . 250 g of Germinal Bio Gluten-Free Pizza Prep
- 190 g of lukewarm water
- 25 g extra virgin olive oil (equal to about 5 tablespoons)
- 8 g fresh yeast and sugar to taste
Procedure:
- . Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water by adding a pinch of sugar. .
- . Add the dissolved yeast, oil and remaining water to the mixture. Knead carefully.
- Roll it out into a pizza mold about 25 cm in diameter (helping with a spatula to make the mixture as smooth as possible), cover with kitchen foil (greased on the surface facing the dough) and let it rise for 35 to 40 minutes in a warm place.
- Bake at 200° C and bake for 30 minutes. Take out the base, season to your liking and bake again at 220°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now serve it and nourish your health...with taste!
We topped the pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella, but you can always indulge and add the toppings you like best to make a gourmet pizza.
