La Fregolotta Venezia is the most authentic expression of traditional Zizzola confectionery and takes up, with selected ingredients, the ancient recipe of a dessert known since the 18th century. Even then, La Fregolotta was a classic on the tables of the Venetian aristocracy and soon became known throughout the Veneto region. The love for traditional flavours has been alive ever since in our products, prepared and packaged by our pastry chefs with skill and passion.
