Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- A lemon zest
- 180 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- A pinch of salt
- Germinal Bio Blueberry Compote
Procedure:
How to prepare shortcrust pastry?
.- Work the flour with sugar and a pinch of salt. Then grate the zest of one lemon and add, one at a time, the egg yolks to the dough. .
- Now add the cold chopped butter and knead the dough quickly until smooth and homogeneous. Once ready, form into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. .
- Let the mixture rest for at least 30-40 minutes.
The final steps...and the tart is ready!
- Once the shortcrust pastry is ready, keep some of the dough for the tart strips. .
- Stretch the shortcrust pastry into a mold about 25 cm in diameter. Now pour and spread the blueberry compote. .
